Hello internet peoples. So it is 2A.M here right now, and I just cannot get to sleep. I am so exhausted, and really want to just crash out but I cannot fall asleep. I try to go to bed early every night but I stay up clear until the sun comes up then sleep till way pass noon. It is starting to really get to me, and I am just posting this really to vent it out. There is hardly anything good on at this time either which kind of sucks, and I would think I would just fall asleep then I remember I have Netflix so that kind of ruins it. I just need to figure out some ways to help me sleep, maybe some sleeping pills would help. Who knows? Maybe drinking tea before bed will help, turning off the TV and music? I have to test out different ways to see what really works for me. I can for sure say that me up till 2A.M blogging does not help anything what so ever.
