Day 3

Hello peoples of the internet!

Today's work out was better than yesterday. I was still sore but got my muscles working today. Did 50 squats, 30 lunges, 15 side crunches (on each side), 25 back extensions, 8 reptiles (on each side), plank position, side plank, and to end it did some kicks.

Today was another successful day, and going grocery shopping to get some food that will help me be healthy.

Sunday Afternoon Post

Hello everybody :) How are all of you doing today? I am finding that posting on my Television Blog everyday is a tad hard because Friday through Sunday I do not watch much television. I will continue to keep updated on goings on concerning new shows coming out this Summer, and even returning shows in Fall. I can talk about shows that I have just started watching via Netflix and Amazon. Just let me know what you guys are into and I can check those out as well. I spend most time on the computer these days and I am really want to hear from you guys so leave me a comment even if it is in another language software on my computer can transfer it to English. Update

I know that I said I would post a video about Once Upon A Time episode Manhattan but I have had technical difficulties with my webcam. Anybody know any good computer techs?? I think I just need to buy a new one and forget about it. I am going to be starting school soon at SJVC and I think that it is going to be really great, I'm excited. So here we go I am going to be updating my music blog more because I've been listening to some good music lately. I also will update this Goings On blog more often than most. I hope you all keep with me on this. Blogging helps me get out what I need to say, and lets me express who I really am. Thank You!
