Just so you know

I am currently in the process of a Pretty Little Liars post and I will do a Necessary Roughness post as well. I had to go to my cousins birthday dinner and I will post it soon as I get to a computer I might even finish on my phone.  So that is what's to come. Thanks everyone.  Keep riddin' nerdy! 

R.I.P Cory Monteith May 1982- July 2013

I just found out that "Glee" star Cory Monteith was found dead in a Vancouver motel room. That is such a tragic thing to hear, he was only 31 and he's gone. Cause of death is not known yet but will be determined Monday. For those who didn't know Cory was Finn Hudson on "Glee" and he did an incredible job up until his last episode. Cory had an amazing voice, and real talent in his acting. He was always so funny, and full of life in his interviews and everyone spoke highly of him. Day 3

Hello peoples of the internet! Today's work out was better than yesterday. I was still sore but got my muscles working today. Did 50 squats, 30 lunges, 15 side crunches (on each side), 25 back extensions, 8 reptiles (on each side), plank position, side plank, and to end it did some kicks. Today was another successful day, and going grocery shopping to get some food that will help me be healthy.   Till Next Time!

Day 2

I had another good work out this morning, even though after my work out I fell asleep for a couple extra hours. I think I still did a pretty good job at it this morning. Tomorrow is grocery day YAY! going to get some good eats to have in the house. Going to be having healthy snacks, and meals for a while so that I can be a healthier person. I am not doing this diet and exercise to get a better body, I am doing it so I can be healthy. So everyone who does diets and stuff shouldn't have to feel like you have to have a great body by the end of it. If you do then that is amazing, good for you guys for working so hard. But there are some people who just want to be healthy, and for that you don't have to go by what the scale tells you go by what your body is telling you. So that is all for this post I like posting daily updates on this I might continue with that. Till next time!

Working Out!

Good Morning people of the internet! Today is July 8, 2013 and it is day one for me in my diet. I am not doing a crazy extreme diet, I want to lose weight but it is more about being healthy. I had been eating way to much junk food, and I felt gross so I decided to do something about it. I had a real good first workout this morning did some exercises to help with muffin tops, and worked the abs, and legs today. It was a good workout and I felt good afterwards, yes really tired because I do not exercise. It is day one so I did not expect me to be able to do all sorts of things, but I tried and managed to get some stuff done. Hopefully I can stick to this and wake up early every morning to exercise regularly. Alright going to go and make myself stay awake and not go sleepy time. Have a great day everyone!

Late Night

Hello internet peoples. So it is 2A.M here right now, and I just cannot get to sleep. I am so exhausted, and really want to just crash out but I cannot fall asleep. I try to go to bed early every night but I stay up clear until the sun comes up then sleep till way pass noon. It is starting to really get to me, and I am just posting this really to vent it out. There is hardly anything good on at this time either which kind of sucks, and I would think I would just fall asleep then I remember I have Netflix so that kind of ruins it. I just need to figure out some ways to help me sleep, maybe some sleeping pills would help. Who knows? Maybe drinking tea before bed will help, turning off the TV and music? I have to test out different ways to see what really works for me. I can for sure say that me up till 2A.M blogging does not help anything what so ever.  So Goodnight for now I will be back on here in probably a few hours :)
